Some clients may only need pictures of the group as a whole, not of individual members. In such cases, we provide a quote customized to the needs of the group.

The short answer is "yes". We know that taking pictures of a group can be a real struggle. In some cases, that's the only thing that makes sense. However, we offer another option that makes it possible to create exciting group photos from the photos of the individual members. This is called a composite group photo, and it allows us to simplify Picture Day.

We keep things flowing smoothly to minimize disruption to your group. We do check-in electronically and don't handle any payments on Picture Day. We plan poses in advance to eliminate think time. We work with you to find the best balance between efficiency and incredible photos.

Basically, space to setup (and a nearby power outlet, if available). We'll also need some minimal support from your staff to help keep things organized.

Definitely. If you can provide us member/family contact information, we can send out marketing notifications to ensure that everybody is ready for Picture Day and can purchase their photo products. Otherwise, we can provide you handouts with all of the necessary information.

We use an online marketplace for group photos called PhotoDay. A member/family can view individual and group photos, select their favorites and purchase from an extensive list of photo products.

Yes, PhotoDay works really well on phones and other mobile devices.

Nope, everything is done online.

Not unless you want to. The photo lab can send them directly to the purchaser.

Yes, we provide volume discounts, special purchase packages and advance payment credits that can be used for discounted purchases. All of these are available through the PhotoDay marketplace.

While this depends on what's in an order, we use a reputable photo lab located in the Midwest. We've had great experience with both how quickly they can turn an order around and the shipping time involved. We've seen orders delivered in as little as two days, even with standard shipping.

They'll be high quality portraits with a background/setting of your choice and any text or special effects you select.

We do have a variety of colored backgrounds that we can use on Picture Day. To provide more versatility, though, we can shoot with a green-screen background. This allows us to easily extract the subject from the background and swap in another background of your choice, using software. We can also add text and other effects.
